    My old device has been reset and we don't have a method to authenticate via other means like email.

    I'm the only admin and now we have raised a support ticket with Microsoft Global Support. I have a communication problem with the help desk and they think I just want to change my password.

    I have the same issue, unable to login in. and trust me it's frustrating now.

    no live chats, no human being that we can speak with.

    No resolutions.

    No one to take charge or responsibility.

    Really disappointed!
