I played with the Task Manager while the dialogue was up. Ending the Lenovo Smart Storage app (which I never set up) killed the dialogue. I have uninstalled Lenovo Smart Storage (don't need it) and I hope that will solve the problem.
Every time my Windows 11 PC starts up, I get an error message when Tips tries to load.

The first message says "Tips. Unpacking error, please try again later". The second message says "New version detected. Current transfer tasks will be stopped and upgrade will start".
Nothing happens, I've tried disabling Tips but still get the error message.

under step 1... Tips does not even appear to be selected. So can't choose advanced options nor reset.
under step 2 ... Running the suggested commands did not fix it.
under step 3... No sign of tips.
under step 4... also no sign of it.
