So i just got a reddragon irepro and there is no sound and the mic doesn't work. When i check to sound, it says that its working but it doesn't. I've tryed to reinstall the drives and it doesn't work so i don't know what to do

Let me start with the basics.
Press Windows+R keys on the keyboard, or Right-click Start on the Taskbar and choose Run.
Type mmsys.cpl
Press Enter.
Go to the Recording Tab, take a screenshot and post in the next reply.

ya but no sound is coming out but like if i mic and unmute my headset mic it makes a sound so i don't know what to do

Have you plugged in the mic jack in the 3.5mm port?

I see, thank you.Please go to Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > Devices > More devices and Printer Settings.
Under Bluetooth, you should see your device. Choose Properties.
