I have a Mac running macOS 26.1 Tahoe. I am running OneNote version 16.103.2 (25112216). I have a similar issue to the one reported here, https://v4.hkg1.meaqua.org/en-us/answers/questions/5425724/page-titles-truncated-in-onenote-on-macos.

Only mine is on launch. Everytime I launch OneNote the section and page names are truncated. If I change the section then switch back the page names are fixed and stay so until I quit. The sections fix when I switch to another notebook and then back again. But next launch it is truncated again. Hopefully a fix for this will come soon.
