I have been charged for Microsoft storage on my gmail account and the full 365 on my hotmail account. I want to be reimbursed for one of them.

    Hi Clancy Kiener,

Thanks for posting your concern on Microsoft Q&A.

Regarding reimbursed one of your charges, you can consider cancelling one of them and ask for the refund. Due to your description, one charge is from Microsoft Store, and the other is from Microsoft subscription.

For cancelling Microsoft subscription, and request for the refund, here are the links:

For cancelling Microsoft Store, here is the link of guidance thread that can help you:

Please correct me if I am wrong, or you need further help. In case you need directly support from Microsoft, please also let me know.

    Thanks, and sincerely,

To request a reimbursement for being double billed on different accounts, you will need to follow the guidelines for requesting credits from Microsoft. Since you mentioned being charged for Microsoft storage on your Gmail account and the full Microsoft 365 on your Hotmail account, you may be eligible for a credit for one of these subscriptions if they were purchased accidentally or if there are duplicate licenses.

Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Identify the Subscription: Determine which subscription you want to request a credit for. If it was an accidental purchase or a duplicate, you may qualify for a refund.
    2. Submit a Credit Request: For accidental purchases, you can submit a request for a refund. If the subscription was canceled within 30 days, you might receive a full refund without needing to create a service request. For subscriptions canceled after that period, you may receive a prorated credit.
    3. Check the Time Frame: Ensure that you submit your credit request within the specified time frame (e.g., 120 days for duplicate licenses).

You can find more information on how to request a credit and the specific types of credits available by reviewing the Microsoft guidelines on credit requests.

Your screen shots indicate three different subscriptions: two Personal and one Basic. I repeat part of your screen shot below. If you look at the details, does it indicate that only one of them is active?
