If you are experiencing issues with your Microsoft account stating that it doesn't exist, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Verify Your Email: Ensure that you are entering the correct email address without any typos or extra spaces. You can try signing in at login.microsoftonline.com to check if your account is recognized.
    2. Recovery Options: If your account is locked or you cannot access it, use the account recovery tools available on the Microsoft website. If you are using a Work or School account, contact your organization's help desk for assistance.
    3. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are unable to recover your account using the recovery form, you may need to contact Microsoft support directly for further assistance. They can help with issues related to account access and security locks.
    4. Mojang License Transfer: Since you mentioned contacting Mojang, ensure that you have provided them with all necessary proof of ownership for the license transfer. If they are unable to assist, you may need to follow up with them for clarification on their policies.
    5. Wait for Security Locks: If your account is under a security lock, sometimes it may take longer than expected for it to be lifted. Ensure that you have followed all the necessary steps provided by Microsoft during the recovery process.

If none of these steps resolve your issue, continuing to reach out to Microsoft support is your best option.

    Dear Sefina Pramono,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I understand how stressful, confusing, and frustrating this situation must be for you, especially after trying many different solutions without success.

When the system indicates your account "doesn't exist," it typically means the automated recovery form cannot locate it for verification, often due to a security lock, primary account address change, or other restrictions. In this specific situation, the standard online recovery form will likely not work, which aligns with your experience. Please also be aware that the ability to regain access to an account in this state can be limited, as it depends on the specific security reasons for the lock and whether sufficient proof of ownership can be verified by the security team.

Given this, your viable course of action is to contact the Microsoft Account Support team directly via their live support channel for further investigation and guidance. Please follow these exact steps to get in touch with a live support agent:

1, Visit the Microsoft Support contact page: Contact - Microsoft Support

2, In the search bar provided on the page, type "Account recovery" and press Enter.

3, Click on the "Get Help" button that appears.

4, Scroll down the page until you see and click on the "Contact Support" option.

5, When prompted to select your product or service, choose "Other Products".

6, For the category, choose "Manage account security".

7, Look for and click on "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

8, Confirm your personal email when prompted, this is the email Microsoft will use to communicate with you during and after the support session.

9, When connected, clearly explain your situation. Be concise but include all relevant details

Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated. I hope the support team can provide the assistance you need.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

You mentioned that your account doesn't exist when signing in. I just want to confirm, do you see any unfamiliar email addresses/phone numbers when attempting to sign in to your account or attempting to reset your account password via account.microsoft.com > Forgot Password or via Account Recovery Web form?

Do you have access to the security information/verification methods, phone, or email address linked to the account?

Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If yes, do you still have the 25-character recovery codes?

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
