Hi, I need help with my Microsoft Defender app on phone (android) that refuses to accept the account. Done with all those basic troubleshooting steps and this error not a valid account, please contact your admin keeps on showing.

I have just installed DEFENDER on my android phone - App states 'Needs Attention', the 'Web Protection' is active but when dropping down the Protection is off. when i move to slider to On it automatically refers back to off.

I continue to get bills to pay for Microsoft that states it is due in June, when for the last 13 years my payment is always due on February 2. I have already paid it for this year, but continue to be harrassed for a second payment that I do not owe.
